Delta Dental PPO & HMO
Delta Dental offers two PPO plans as well as a low cost HMO plan. Be sure to confirm that your dentist is IN the plans network. The PPO plans do have out of network benefits but you will pay more out of pocket. If you choose an HMO, you can ONLY see dentists in the plans network and must get referrals.

Humana Dental PPO plans offer a range of plans including preventative care only to comprehensive coverage. The Humana Extend plans offer dental, vision and hearing packages with a higher allowance that most dental plans on the market.

BlueShield Dental PPO, HMO and Vision Plans
BlueShield Dental PPO plans offer a range of plans including preventative care only to comprehensive coverage. They offer a strong statewide network and also include out of network benefits. The HMO plans are more restrictive as you can only see dentists in the plans network and must get referrals, but do offer lower premiums.
Blueshield Vision plans are affordable, offer robust coverage and large networks.

Discount Dental Plan
We also offer a low cost dental discount plan that provides immediate savings on hundreds of procedures within their network. When you join as a member for about $100 a year you have access to their network of dentists that will give you access to discounted rates on all your services.
